You can create only one account on each site per PC/IP/Household/Internet connection, if you create more than one account or use your PC or any PC for more than one account, all of your account will be suspended. Please read the terms & condition of each site before you signup. You can refer as many people as you can, as long as you are not violating their T&Cs. Number of referrals may vary from site to site, usually there is no limit.
